During this global pandemic of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we would also like to address some of the concerns our customers have been voicing and hopefully answer any questions you might have.

Q. When can I expect my order to be delivered?
A. Our normal processing times are 3-5 business days and our normal shipping times are 7-14 business days. We have not been experiencing many delays with these time frames.
USPS and other major shipping companies have stated that they will remain open during this time to fulfill shipments as they understand many people have been isolated to their homes. There may be some delays as there is an increased volume of orders.
Q. Are orders still being shipped?
A. As of right now, yes! We are still processing and shipping hundreds of orders every day.
Q. Should I be concerned that my package could carry the virus?
A. There's no reason to worry about packages shipped from China or anywhere else outside of the U.S. We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our customers as well as our employees while maintaining the quality of service you expect from us.
